Located on the best block in Chicago, 160 E. Illinois Ave is positioned on a quiet, lovely, cul-de-sac one-half block off of the infamous Magnificent Mile. It's like being in the heart of it all without being run over by buses ... it's the best of both worlds. Avenue East is steps from everything Chicago has to offer, fine dining, the gorgeous lakefront, prestigious Michigan Avenue shopping; the list goes on and on. Not to mention its proximity to the Expressway, Lake Shore Drive, Metra, buses, and CTA! Avenue East makes a great pied-à-terre because of its luxurious finishes and fantastic location for tourists as well as residents. It's a very common trend in the building as it makes the stay in Chicago feel more like home than a hotel (and sometimes as affordable)!
